Course Description
In the high tech world we live in, computer support is one of the core competencies required for building and supporting the next generation of technologies. A+ Certification is an industry recognized credential that certifies the compency of PC Service and Customer Support Specialist. Network+ Certification is an industry recognized credentials that certifies the competency of individuals to install, configure, and troubleshoot basic networks, networking hardware, protocols, and services. After completing the program the student will have a working knowledge to build, repair, troubleshoot, and configure a computer and its software, and build a network. The student will be prepared to take the following certifications:
- Comptia A+ Certification
- Comptia Net+ Certification
Admission Requirements
Individuals applying for this course are required to interview with an Academic Advisor
Present proof of education (high school diploma or GED certificate)
Achieve a 60% score on the CSN Basic Aptitude Test, and a 60% or more on the IT Assessment Test

192 Hours/19 Wks-Full Time
CSS: Mon/Wed 5:30pm-9:30pm & every other Sat 9:00am-5:30pm
