Course Description

The Project Management Certificate w/ Agile Program course is designed for those who want to learn more about the discipline of Project Management and who want to be certified by PMI.org as a Project Management Professional (PMP®). The Project Management knowledge will be focused on how to communicate with people on projects, the application of tools and templates, and basically, how to best ensure projects are completed successfully (i.e. on time, within budget, and to quality specifications.) Several careers that are geared towards Project Management Certificate w/ Agile Program found in many different work settings are Project Manager, Product Manager, Program Manager, as well as IT Project Manager.

This course is designed to prepare the student for the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP®) or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification exam from the Project Management Institute (PMI. See www.pmi.org) and an overview of Agile. 

Admission Requirements

  • Individuals applying for this course are required to interview with an Academic Advisor;

  • Present proof of education (high school diploma or GED certificate)

  • Achieve a 60% score on the CSN Basic Skills Test
